     After working really hard they've learnt all the letter sounds taught with Jolly Phonics and they got their Awards. They were so excited about it!

Fruit Party

During this last unit, students in LH1 have been learning about food and different meals. We thought it was a great way to give it an end to have a real FRUIT PARTY at school.

They all brought a piece of fruit and they prepared their own fruit sticks. They all tasted different kinds of fruits: apples, bananas, oranges, melon, watermelon, cherries, kiwi, plums…

We pretended to encourage them to have this super-healthy meal, which is really easy for kids to prepare it themselves. Try them at home, they really loved it!!

They've learnt about different types of animals and the've focused their work in FARM ANIMALS, such as Cows, Sheep, Chickens, Horses, Donkeys, Bees or Pigs.

Review Competition

Our dear student in LH1 Irati Cuesta took the prize in the Book Review Competition organized by British Council and Bilbao Municipal Libraries.

She made the review about the story The very hungry Caterpillar.
